CRYSTAL & CAGE
Install in four steps.
Power off. Mount the base.
Switch off the circuit breaker. Secure the bracket and base as instructed.
Fit the bulb.
Screw a compatible bulb into the socket.
Attach the shade.
Place the shade over the bulb and secure the fittings.
Check and switch on.
Check the crystals and cage are secure, then restore power and test.

Dust with a soft cloth.
Gently wipe the crystal panels and metal cage with a clean, dry cloth.
Keep moisture away.
Do not spray cleaner onto the canopy, socket or electrical connections.

For lamps with bulbs, you can choose a dimmable bulb to work with the dimmable system in your home. For lamps with LED-chip, we can customise dimmable versions for you.We can make all lamps dimmable. If you have this need, don't hesitate to enquire us.
2. Can I have a longer cable?
We offer 150cm cable for most lamps. If you want a longer cable (within 800cm), please make a note when you place the order, we will extend the cable for free.
3. Is the rated voltage of the luminaire compatible with my country/region?
The voltage of our products will be adjusted according to your country as shown below.
